This is such an incredibly well made game, I'm obsessed with the peaceful/relaxing and stressful/terrifying balance! I've only dipped my toes in but I can't wait to play more. And the scares are fantastic!
Honestly great game so far, my only suggestion is to give the Deer some audio indicators as it's just an instant game over if you trigger it anywhere that isn't the front door. Some ways to deter or distract it would be great or even outrun it with enough movespeed bonuses
I've lost multiple 25-30 minute runs just trying to grab water from the well and the deer was below me so the camera couldn't see it until it was too late
Thank you for your comment. In fact, you can hear the deer steps if you pay attention. Also, higher speed upgrades can help you outrun him, but not for too long, he still really fast. I'm working on a update to make it a little easier.
Love this game! I watch a lot of game YouTubers play (this time CJUgames) and I saw this game. For the most part I don't download or play games that I watch but this is the first one I ever decided to play after watching a lets play. SO FUN! Husband is also playing this now trying to beat my time. Such a good game, would love for this to be expanded on! I've played this too many times already. I enjoy it soo much I paid for it, lol support your tiny dev!

Suggestion : Each time i die, the unskipable dialogue at the begining is a little not epic. Would be great if you add some sort of way to skip the first dialogue.
I love farming games when I was young, and now love horror games. .So this game was perfect for me. Now I really love this game and played for all thee days almost without sleepingXD Haha! Thank you for your perfect game!

Such a cute and spooky game. Would be cool if you flesh it out more. Like adding more threats in future levels, more upgrades, bigger farming areas, etc. I love the horror spin on the farming sim.

I had a lot of fun! this game reminded me of Five Nights at Freddy's. if you are looking for 2D FNAF, go for it. your little donation will definitely help the dev and you won't regret it. the only complain I have is that when I heard the music box, I could barely understand where the music was coming from. this could be intentional but I found it too difficult. anyways, great job! great indie game!

I saw CJUgames play this, so I immediately teased my friends with "this farming game that TOTALLY isn't scary at all" (they called me a liar), and one of them is already playing it while praising/bewailing the sound design to the point that they gave it to their wife and their wife threw the headphones at them.
Another is being encouraged to buy it. Yet *another* has it bookmarked.
And, of course, I've bought it. Such a fun, quick, and terrifying little game with lovely graphics and perfect sound design, who could resist?

I'm sorry to hear that. Certainly the game can be tough until you understand how it works. Since the game is not too long, a save system would make it too easy, and would produce less fear in the player.

What I meant by punishing wasn't necessarily the difficulty, but how one small mistake can reset an entire run back to square one, with the only things that carry over from playthrough to playthrough being the costume unlocks.
Couple that with how slow it is to start the game, I felt like I was wasting my time (In an hour and fifteen minutes of playing, I never got to the second night). And having to start over fresh each and every time after making a good amount of progress because I made a small mistake was crushing.
I love the concept, and the game plays VERY nicely, but that razor thin allowance for mistakes feels like a real downer IMO.
sounds like a skill diff and not the developers fault. After a couple of deaths you learn the routine and function of every enemy. It only takes about 40 maybe 50 mins to complete the game and that’s with opening two farms XD
This was a great deal of fun and a unique mix of genres. It's a little frustrating that you have to start from the very beginning again if you get a game over, but it certainly adds to the tension.
It's a pretty entertaining game. I've played 3 and a half hours and they've flown by. There are many things that you don't expect to happen and you get scared the first two times. You are on a good path, I congratulate you for your work. ^^
You did a great job on this game! The art style is adorable and it was a lot of fun managing the farming aspect while also paying attention to all the dangers around us. I'm really glad you added a danger in the house as well to remove the possibility of idling away the night period, definitely helped to create the feeling of needing to stay alert at all times.
I think the Deer is my favourite, I really should have taken more notice of the warning signs around the fence; my death was definitely deserved.
This game has left me spechless, is amazing that is make only by one person, i would ever have imagined, its so cool, funny and scary sometimes, i would recomend to my friends to play this enjoyable game!

Good game! As a Chinese player, although I can understand it, I still want to play in Chinese language.
After 6 hours of play, I have been able to clear the level in 29minutes and 21seconds. Looking forward to future stories or sequels.
